We’re Laura and Nina, founders, farmers and caretakers of Las Mecías. We stumbled upon the Alpujarras by chance, and fell in love with the wildness & vast, ever changing landscape. Tired of working in the restaurant industry, we came to this part of the world hoping to share what sustainability means to us and maybe even plant some seeds of inspiration for everyone to follow what makes their heart happy.
